Welcome to the Christleton Blog. This is the best place to check what is happening as I tend to mention here any new items or features to the website as and when they happen and give a link to where you will find them. But I would encourage you to click around the site and explore. You are currently in the main part and you will find links to two other main sections. The Christleton War Voices which has an immense amount of information about Christleton in World War I. The other is Christleton 3 which is rich in photographs and includes two regular monthly features. Wildlife Watch and The History File. Enjoy.

Its a thanks from Ben Williams and a thanks to Ben Williams

Each year Ben Williams makes a beautiful clock which is raffled at the Christleton Village Show in July. This year the lucky winner was Alf Croston. Ben wishes to thank all those persons who bought raffle tickets. A sum of 75 pounds was raised from the raffle which was sent to the Hospice of the Good Shepherd. Ben received a letter of thanks from the Hospice saying the donation was much appreciated.

Farewell to the Chester Flower Club

It is a sad farewell to the Chester Flower Club following their meeting and demonstration in Christleton Parish Hall on 19th July. They have been having their monthly meetings in Christleton for the past 20 years. But now as from their next meeting in September they are moving to Mollington, Backford and District Village Hall. Carry on blooming.
