Methodist Church Ladies Guild

The Methodist Church Ladies Guild now have a new tablecloth to use at their meetings. Last year the President Mrs. Joan Webb suggesting enbroidering the presnt members names on a cloth to celebrate the year 2000.

Mrs. Sheila Stokes provided the cloth. Founder members names were added and Fred Jones outlined Christleton Ladies Guild. Mrs. Eileen Quin drew and emboidered the swan. The embroidery was done mostly by Sheila Stokes with a little help from Anne Butterworth and the result is a beautiful cloth we will enjoy using.
