Christleton in the year 2000





Must have been thinking that the Village of Christleton should have a web site.	The domain name christleton.org.uk was registered for the village. This action was taken quickly by Richard Nicholson with no immediate plans for its use after hearing that a company had taken nearly all the names of villages in the U.K. and registered them with the suffix co.uk. St. James' Church said that it would like to fund the site and gave me every encouragement. Having already built a number of web sites for my own business over the previous few years it seemed only natural to build one for the village of Christleton.
